Improving health and nutrition in foster homes in Peru
With Amantaní Association

Amantaní Association has been caring for children in situations of family neglect in Cusco for 27 years. It manages four residential homes where children receive comprehensive care: nutrition, education, emotional support, and medical attention. In our sixth collaboration, we ensure healthcare for over 50 children in these homes. We fund home paediatric visits, specialist consultations, hospitalisations, medications, oxygen, lab tests, eye care, glasses, and dental treatment. We also cover the cost of healthy, tailored food. In a context with very limited state resources, this support ensures a healthier and more dignified childhood. We are committed to their recovery, wellbeing, and holistic development, offering a strong support network in a safe and nurturing environment.

Relocation of vulnerable children in Honduras
With Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos Foundation

This is our eighth collaboration with Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH), supporting the transition home Casa Mi Esperanza (CME) in Olancho, Honduras. This home temporarily shelters children at risk from environments of violence, abandonment, or extreme poverty. The goal is to protect their wellbeing and support them through the relocation process to permanent homes or foster families. We fund their nutrition and comprehensive medical care, supporting 130 children. CME provides an immediate solution to uphold fundamental rights while long-term alternatives are arranged. We help create a safe, loving, and structured environment crucial for emotional stability and personal recovery.

Health and nutrition at “Casa San Andrés” in Guatemala
With Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos Foundation

“Casa San Andrés” in Guatemala houses children who have experienced violence or abandonment, offering them safety, care, education, and health services. It is part of the NPH network of homes. In addition to resident children, its school is open to 253 local children, promoting violence prevention and social inclusion. We support the health and nutrition programme that ensures a balanced diet and access to medical care, including mental health. This initiative strengthens the children’s ability to face the effects of trauma and supports healthier physical, emotional, and educational development.
